Chrome latest version causing slowness in UIA spied elements

My bot was navigating well without any issues and starting last 10/20, bot's taking 1-2 minutes to locate the UIA spied elements in web based application. My bot is using Google Chrome browser and BP 6.10.4 is used. Can it be due to recent Google Chrome updates? Any help would be much appreciated.
