Collection Manipulation - Filter Collection with dates

Hi, I am looping through Collection A and trying to get all results where the start date in Collection B is >= the start date in Collection A and the end date in Collection B is

Try Filter:   ""[Start Date] >= '#""&[Collection A.Start]&""#' AND [End Date]

Can try  Filter: ""[Star Date]>=""&"" ' ""&[A.Star Date]&"" ' "" &""AND""&""[End Date]
