Config File of Digital DA Asset for Code Review

I am trying to test Digital DA Asset for my existing project to perform code review automation. However, I am unable to build the correct format for XML config file used in Digital DA - 02 - config file(EV). Below is the sample provided but it's not clear.

Hello community, I have the same issue. I'm not sure how to create this document, what is the format that we have to use? and what is the extension of this file?
