Is BluePheonix TPMS the name of the system running in the mainframe, or the name of the Windows Mainframe Emulator software you are using (probably accessible by doing help->about).? I have not heard of BluePheonix before as a mainframe emulator name.
For mainframes your emulator needs to be hllapi complient (a standard API interface used by all enterprise class mainframe emulators). If your emulator is not hllapi complient it would be far cheaper to your project costs to purchase license for a different hllapi complient emulator rather than using Surface Automation techniques (which will run far slower and require more Blue Prism licences).
For hllapi complient emulators: There is a Mainframe Automation Guide on the portal, and lots of knowledgebase articles for you to read.
For non-hllapi complient emulators, or emulators presented over Citirx: There is the Surface Automation of Terminal Emulators guide on the portal.
