Can you clarify the issue you are having more?


I have added a KB on how we recommend updating your Blue Prism License. This method does not change file locations which is why I would like more clarification on your issue.

Hi Angelo,

thanks for your effort. Solved it already. Re-starting the BP-App-Server helped in this case. As I mentioned,  a new licence-key was installed just before this issue occured the first time.
