Credentials Manager Error

Hello,  I have been using the credentials manager for some time, and never had any issues with it. Suddenly, the error message "Failed to get credentials - Could not decrypt data: Specified initilisaton vection (IV) does not match block size for this algorithm" crops up when I try to access it. I have attached a screenshot.  As a result, BP is unable to retrieve the credentials.  Anyone ever had this issue before?  Thanks

I've never seen that message before but something must have changed for things to stop working suddenly. The Support team will be able to tell you what the message means.
