Decipher Get Next Completed Batch always return False

I use Blue Prism process to create batch and check for verification,  all works fine.  but the action Get Next Completed Batch always return False.  I have search the community and see some people ran into the same problem as I do.  But their solutions don't work for me.  Here are some information in my situation:
  • Blue Prims 7.1, Decipher 2.1
  • VBO action Push document and check for verification works fine.
  • all the batches had been verified and submit
  • Had checked RabbitMQ, there's no any message inside the queue I used in process
  • I also tried to use different queue suffix,  the queue is created successfully in RabbitMQ,  but still no any message after data verification.
Does any one know how to solve this problem?

Hello Vincent,

Just a quick question reading point -
  • all the batches had been verified and submit
If none of batch is pending in Verification then it will result as False.

Did you try leaving a batch in the verification station without export and then check if process returns True?

Thanks for your reply,   I had solve the problem by re-install Decipher Server Plugin, which was used to export completed batch to RabbitMQ.

Btw,  while batch pending in Data Verification,  there's an action "Has Batches To Verify" will return True,  and after verified and submit, the completed batch should be exported to RabbitMQ then the action "Get Next Completed Batch" should return True.  But it always return False in my case.

sometimes it is needed to reinstall Decipher plugin and it fixes the issue.
