I'm using the 2.3 version of Decipher IDP, and when trying to create a Classification Training Batch or a New Batch in Blue Prism, I'm getting the below error:
System Exception : Decipher VBO - Create New Classification Training Batch: Create classification training batch failed. Reason: Invalid response message size.
I'm not really sure what the root cause is here? I'm sending just 1 document that is 175 KB.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is something amiss with my setup?

Hi,
Have you tried uploading mote than 1 document in the batch?
Annoying question but I have to ask, have you enabled classification in the configuration > process module settings?
Have you created a classification model and assigned it to the respective batch type?
Have you specified the Document Type Name in the Create Batch action?
Thanks

Hello @ahutcherson - just wanted to check in, did any of @Ben.Lyons1 suggestions work for you? If so, could you update this discussion?

I did try with one and multiple documents, this is also giving me the same error when I just use the "Create Batch" action as well. I have the classification created as well as the batch type. Here is what the information looks like for Create Batch. There is a batch type in Decipher called Faxes, and a Documetn type called Consult Notes.

There's nothing obviously wrong in your configuration.
Are you always including the same document in the batch which triggered the initial error? If so, it might be the file and worth trying a different one. Or if it's a pdf, trying converting it to a jpg.
It might be best to raise a support ticket so we can investigate the error in more detail.

THanks for the help! I tried different files, renaming files, and saving as .jpg, still the same results. Will try a support ticket. Thanks again!

To wrap back around to this. It seems it was a port issue. I was attempting to use a custom port, but the submission port needs to be the same as the Rabbit QM setup (12543). Batch was successfully sent after this change.

Thanks for the update.
Seems a bit strange as the Create New Batch action doesn't use RMQ, in 2.3 this is only used for the licensing service.
Was this raised as a support ticket? If so I can discuss with the support agent who handled it and see if there's something I'm missing.
Thanks
