I am suddenly facing the below exception in Decipher while Adding file to the batch.
"Internal could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: unable to add file to batch: Server returned error code -381 Invalid Upload File Buffer"
I am using an internal decipher object. I have restarted the Decipher server but to no avail. Does anyone know the root cause of this issue and how to resolve this?

The issue has been resolved now.
We have observed that if we try to add a file which is of size Zero Kb or a file whose contents cannot be disclosed or any corrupted file to the batch using Decipher internal object, then it gives an internal error, "File Buffer".

As the exception you've posted here is not listed in our Decipher troubleshooting documentation, and in researching past Decipher issues but not finding any immediate suggestions, we would likely need to investigate this issue in the context of a Support ticket to provide a resolution. Please open a ticket with us providing the required details/logs/etc., and we'll be able to further assist with this.
