Hi Zina,

"Flexicapture Connector" is a product from Abbyy. We don't have much information about this product. if you have support contact with Abbyy, please contact them based on your support contract.

if you don't have it, you can find the information in our DX site. You should be able to contact Abbyy support from support link in DX site.
