DxInDev-PDF to Excel converter error

I've got an error while testing the DxInDev-PDF to Excel converter. The error occurred at "Create Instance Word" sub page, in which included only one code stage "Create Instance". The error message says:
"Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: ActiveX 구성 요소를 만들 수 없습니다." (Can not create ActiveX component...)

Can anyone let me know what it means and how to move on?

Hello @presales-support,

I find that errors dealing with ActiveX typically point to a problem with the Microsoft Office software either not being installed or possibly corrupted.​ You might try performing a reinstall or repair of your MS Office installation.
