Error in Get Document Data : Document has not been processed yet

HI Community Team,

I am facing issues while getting document data from the decipher, blue prism process Get Verified Document.

Error
Internal : Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: Unable to get document data: Document has not been processed yet 

This is happening Sometimes, 
For example: when I try to push documents into decipher for a first and second time it will work, third time i get this error,  sometime first time even,

please suggest solution
