Error launching Edge

Hello All,
Ive created a BO to launch edge ive input the browser path and when i run the BO it opens up the browser and the url I input - however straight after i then get the following error message
Internal : Failed to perform step 1 in Navigate Stage 'open Edge' on page 'Action 1' - The browser extension was not detected, please check that it has been installed and enabled. For more information, see the browser extension user guide.
Why does it open up the browser and url but then say it cant detect the extension?
This is preventing me from spying on elements on that url page in Application Modeller as when i click on launch it doesn't open it up ?
I am in the training environment so not sure if this allows for this?

Hi,
It depends on the version of BP coz the old version we've ports to sync the bp and extension. Now new versions like V7 replaced by Native Message Host
Hereby based on the version we should take an appropriate solution
Plz, let me know which version are you using.

Hi
Possible Solutions for that..
1) Check for Blueprism Extension installed properly.
2) Check for Browser version Compatibility with BP.
3) If all seems good .. then try to reinstall the Blueprism extension and restart your machine . I did the same when using BP 6.3.. worked for me.
