Error when identifying new system font

Hello everyone, I am attempting to identify a new system font by using the 'Font identification' function under Applicationmodeller -> Regions. I am able to identify a few different fonts, however, when i try to add one specific font (Gabriola) to my font list i get the following error (see attached).   Does anyone know what this particular error means, and how to fix it?   Best regards, Sebastian

Hi Sebastian. I think I got similar error when I was trying to Identify new System font for Surface Automation(SA). For me, this error get resolved  by changing ""font smoothing settings"". For SA to work properly. You need to turn off font smoothing. Go to control panel -> advance system settings -> Performance Settings -> Toggle off font smoothing there.

Hi,   I am also facing the same issue, but switching off ""smooth edges of screen fonts"" didn't help. Any other solution to this issue ?
