Excel 2016 vs Excel 2013

Hello, We recently upgraded to office 365/office 2016 from Office 2013. I've noticed a drastic difference in speed of the robot specifically in navigating previously identified elements in Excel after the upgrade. Anyone else experienced this? Is there any changes with the spied elements needed after the upgrade? Thanks

Are they quicker or slower after the upgrade to 2016? I would, where possible, avoid using spied elements and screen interaction for Excel - and instead use code stages such as those in the Excel VBO.
