Hi All,
I am getting below error in BP where bot is trying to forward emails. In some cases its working fine.
I need suggestions on how to fix this issue.
ERROR: System Exception : Issue with Outlook interaction for Set Category of Email Item, due to Exception Type : Internal and Exception Detail :Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: The operation failed. at the Stage : Clear any Set Category for Item I am using MS Outlook Email VBO Extended object and using action "Set Category of Item". BP Version is 6.9.1 |

I was unable to find the action "Set Category of an Item" However, after downloading the latest MS Outlook VBO from Digital Exchange, I discovered an action named "Assign Category to Email" Could you try executing the same task using this latest action and check if you encounter any issues?
