Login Agent in BP v 7.3

the login agent seems not to work. when the machine is not logged in from the control room it appears disconnected and offline.
I tried everything but I can't start the service so that it is visible...
Configurations? Suggestions?

Was this working before or this is a new setup?

One of the possible causes is the Connection Name is not configured correctly in the Login Agent Configuration file:

Confirm the connection name configured in the Login Agent configuration file matches the one in the Interactive Client - Configure Connection screen.

If you use the /sso switch to communicate with the runtime, you may also need the /sso switch in the Login Agent configuration file
