Hi,
As the title suggests I am getting an exception after submitting a batch to Decipher. However, I know that my license limit is not exceeded as I have only processed 149 documents in the last 30 days and I am only trying to process additional 506 documents. The Decipher FAQ page says the license limit is 4000 documents per month which I am not exceeding. Is there another reason for this exception?

Hi Mohammed,
Sorry for this issue. It could be something to do with your license key or the licensing service.
The first thing I would try is restarting the Decipher Licensing service. If that doesn't help, please raise a support ticket so we can look into this for you.
Thanks

Hey Ben,
Thanks for the reply. So I tried restarting the server and that didn't resolve the issue. I removed my decipher license from Blue Prism and reinstalled it and then restarted the licensing server and that fixed it.

I observed the same error today on Decipher 1.2
After reinstalling decipher license and restarting the laptop it fixed the error.
Thanks
