Hi can someone help me on this. Whenever I'm trying to make a duplicate copy of the action or drag and drop any identified element in the navigate stage getting the below popup. Even tried restarting the system and application multiple times but none of them worked. Need some help here asap. Please find the below screenshot for your reference.

Hi @keerthana2
1. Have you tried restarting Blueprism Service in BP Server?
2. Are you also getting errors while trying to run/save the process?
3. What are the number of actions/elements in this particular object?
To verify whether the issue is with particular object or with the environment, you can try replicating the same action by creating a new object and see if there is any difference.

I haven't tried restarting the BP service from server. I was able to work on creating other new elements and able to save the process i just tried skipping one part of my development and started with the rest of the things it was working fine. But now sure why i was facing issue with that one particular part alone. There were around 10 actions in the object.

I’ve come across similar issue earlier, and it’s usually resolved by restarting the BP service on the Blue Prism server.
If you run into the same error again, you can try restarting the service.

Even after restarting the blue prism service from server also I'm still facing the issue especially with the particular piece of code. Is there any other solutions to resolve this. Since i was able to create multiple other actions and able to spy other different elements but only facing issue with a particular element and while using that element in navigate stage or wait stage getting that unhandled exception popup.

Hi @keerthana2
Is it possible for you to attach that piece of code here to investigate further?
Also in the screenshot which you have attached earlier there is a details button just below the error, please click on details button and capture the full error message and attach the same here.

Hi @keerthana2
Please check the specific element and ensure it is correctly linked to the corresponding actions. Try re-spying the element, remove existing actions from the Navigate stage, and re-add them for the appropriate stage. Also, make sure to verify the original action before duplicating it.
