Get Next Completed Batch - Batch Available False

Hello. Have issue with Decipher Process - Get Verified Documents - Get Next Completed Batch stage. In this stage always get Batch available False. Previous steps are fine. Where can be a problem and how lo fix it.

Try looking at the Reports>Batch History page and see what is available there. You could even try pushing through a document through Decipher from Blue Prism from start to end and use these reports to track and follow the batch and document through the system.
