Getting Issue in Impementing CyberArk

Hi Team,   I am getting challenge in implementing Cyber Ark, as we are using cyber ark into out process in the same way given into the Cyber Ark document. Please suggest the reason for the attached error. I have shared all the inputs and the steps in attachment.  Thanks in advance.

That sounds like some kind of permissions issue in CyberArk?  Have you tested that the webservice call to cyberark actually works using a different tool (such as SOAPUI)?

Hi,   I have tested using fiddler and it is working fine there.
