It does happen at times if the installation went corrupted halfway due to some reason or if some service thread is causing for the application to break as well.
I would first ask does this happen everytime you open Blue Prism Studio? Have you tried restarting the machine and opening it once again? If still, the issue persists, can you check the Event Logs which your can get from Windows Event Viewer if you type the same on the start menu. Under Applications tab you will see Blue Prism and there you can check if any logs are under error or warn state. Try to share that error detail with us which can help us to point the issue further. Otherwise, you can also reinstall the studio application again and it might be able to fix it all altogether.
Also, check your Windows OS requirements once (Is it Win64 or Win32) and what version of installer are you using for installing the Studio application.

Can you confirm if you have this file in the specified location:
If yes, then one reason can be your application does not have the required elevated role setup for opening this file. This file contains all the server related data that you setup during the steps while you configure and setup the connection to your database:
Try to open the Blue Prism Studio with Run As Administrator mode once and check the windows log to see if the same error appears or not.

we have configured in new server 2019 '20' machines, in that 10 machines are working remaining machines getting error.

So were you able to open the Blue Prism Studio successfully this time with Administrator mode as I do not see any errors in your screenshots?

We are able to open blue prism once click on studio we are getting below error

That's strange if the event log that showed me with no errors came after you faced this error dialog. If you checked the logs prior to facing this error then my recommendation would be a clean reinstall of Blue Prism Studio only as it is an internal application error or else you should raise a support ticket with Blue Prism team.
P.S. Keeping these logs saved would be helpful since they would anyhow ask you for the event logs.
