There could be different ways to do this. You might have to go with the solution that best works for you. Are you dealing with a scanned document or text format?
Here are few options that come top of my mind.
- Acrobat Read has the option to save the pdf as word. You could then read off the header and footer from the word document using MS Word VBO
- Or leverage solutions from our TAP partners. You might have to sign up/acquire respective license or dependencies before you can use the asset
