Just thought I'd pop by and introduce myself, since I do intend on posting here on a relatively regular basis :)
I recently joined the Blue Prism team to manage our Customer Marketing efforts, that will involve our live events, webinars, case studies as well as other fun things we have in store to make your experience as Blue Prism experts the best it can possibly be.
So full disclosure, I am not an RPA specialist - but I have been working in the world of customer engagement for a long time. I started off in videogames (Bandai Namco if there are any fans out here), then worked for a software company that built forums (like this one) - I've worked with brands such as EE, TalkTalk, Unity Technologies and npower build their community strategies and community platforms.
I love engaging with online communities, and loved meeting a few peeps at Blue Prism World in London already.
In my spare time, I do like a bit of gaming time (just finished NieR: Automata, which is amazing, by the way) as well as some D&D.
I am London based, from Switzerland (and speak fluent French) - and very much look forward to meeting some of you here or on the road!
