Hello, I have a process where Blue Prism logs into Mainframe and exports reports to outlook. It then goes to outlook and creates an excel report. Blue Prism is required to go back to mainframe however, it seems to loose focus and not passing keyboard events. The steps are to type F > Enter >. It types F but does not type enter. Any idea how I could resolve this?

1. For the Mainframe hllapi interfaces the application does not need to be active/focused to send keystrokes. The Window interface should not be used. There is a Mainframe Automation guide on this portal.
2. For non-hllapi or Citrix served mainframes how to activate an application is very clearly taught in the Surface Automation training which I recommend you visit/revisit.
