How to activate Send and receive Method in Outlook on backend instance

Hello Community,

   I have a problem with outlook when processing the mails that have to be sent. The messages are generated successfully but they remain in the outbox, I must to open outlook and press the "send and receive" botton for them to be sent, This problem does not always occur, it's an intermittent problem but it's very frequent.

I hope somebody knows about this and can help me.
