Failed to perform step 2 in Navigate Stage 'Attach and Activate Application' Could not identify process owning the current foreground window

When I run my process in object studio and process studio I have no errors. However, when I run it from the control room, I get this error:

Failed to perform step 2 in Navigate Stage 'Attach and Activate Application' Could not identify process owning the current foreground window 

1. Close All Excel Instances

2. Create Instance  Of Excel

3. Show

4. Attach and Activate Application

I've include a attachment of what my Attach and Activate Application action look like. Step 2 is the step that is failing.

Hi Humza,

Our Knowledge Base article, 'BPE error "Could not identify process owning the current foreground window" when trying to focus an application', contains a few suggestions to check to ensure Blue Prism is able to identify which process is currently designated as owning the foreground window. Can you try looking into and implementing these solutions/workarounds and let us know the results?
