How to get the process name and the page name in the process on which we are working on using Blue Prism

I have a scenario like i need to save the Process Name and Page Name into database at which an exception occurred during process execution. Please help us in getting the process name and page name to save into database

Hardcoding data items is the only option I'm afraid, there's no way to dynamically get the current Process/Object name or the current page name.
