How to identify correct title of of Google chrome tab in Windows Task Manager not in Chrome Task Manager

I am use google chrome for automation but when i open task manager to copy the process name and windows title in navigate stage there are about 15 chrome processes are running and each process named as chrome. My question is how i know the correct title of tab in task manager because there is no title name is mentioned is task manager wen using chrome.???
Tab information is available when Microsoft Edge is used but not in chrome and i don't want to use chrome task manger i want  to get process information from windows task manager.....

Hi @Nauman Ahmed

Have you tried using latest Utility - General VBO from DX. It has a action called get Windows.​
You can get the Active Window Title and Process ID for the opened Chrome instances.
