How to retrieve the Collect date

Hi Team

I am new to RPA, kindly see the attached file.
How can i extract the correct date,? I need to extract the first date that is in the same row with the balance that has a minus at the end as indicated in the attached file.

The dates keep changing according to the customer's profile.
