How to trigger process from Control Room

Hi all,   We have a Blueprism server on our production environment and we have several VDIs connected to it. Our scheduler is working fine and the users who has the right role can create their own processes and objects. However, when an user tries to trigger a process manually (by dragging and dropping the process on the Resource VDI) blueprism indicates there is no connection to that resources. However, when we log in using the admin account, we can see all the devices connected and we can start process manually. My question is, does blueprism allows only the administrator to see the devices connected? How can I configure the server to allow regular users to do this? Any help or guide will be much appreciated.

Hi, This will be an issue possibly where the user doesnt have the required Blue Prism role to control the resource PC (See Attached). As you can see the default Schedule Managers cannot control a resource PC.   Hope this helps Connor
