Hub was installed, but error occured

Hello,

I installed Hub.
The authentication server screen was displayed properly, I was able to log in, and the Hub button was displayed.

However, when I clicked on Hub button, an error message "An error occurred while starting the application." appeared.

I refrerred this page: https://docs.blueprism.com/ja-JP/bundle/blue-prism-hub-platform-4-6/page/installation/install-hub-troubleshoot.htm 

1. open IIS and stop all Blue Prism site
2. stop all application pool
3. stop RabbitMQ
4. start RabbitMQ
5. start application pool I just stopped
6. start all Blue Prism site

But things didn't improve.
Please let me know if there's anything wrong with my procedure.
