Hi,
I am building a process where I need to match the decipher output (document data) to the original file that was pushed into decipher.
I would like to have more than one file in each batch, but need to be able to match the output to the original file (or more precisely: to the case number the file belongs to).
I have looked into the "add batch metadata" action, but not sure it it does the trick.
Is there a way to achieve my goal? 🙂
All the best,
Hedda

Hi Magnus,
The ability to set the file name obfuscation was added to the VBO in v2.1 last year, this is in the "Set Up" action.
There's currently no supported function that would enable you to retrieve the file name with the document ID. This is particularly complicated due to the processing order in Decipher where files may contain multiple documents i.e. 1 File is not equal to 1 Document.
The process others have was only supported via our professional services team and is not generally available.
I've provided additional detail to Birger based on your email.
Thanks
