Initialise Email Service

Hi all,

Our company has recently upgraded our outlook email service to the cloud and since then we have been having issues with the Initialise Email Service action for all of our processes. The error message is :
ERROR: Internal : Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: The Autodiscover service couldn't be located.


Has anyone had this issue before and knows how to resolve?

Hi Sophie,

It's very unlikely that this is causing the problem. Typically, if AutoDiscover fails, it's because of invalid credentials or network connectivity issues.

Enable tracing on the ExchangeService instance (MSDN article) to see what is going on.
