Installing Learning 6.6 : Sign in?

I have my licence file.
I run the installer, and get as far as Sign in with Blue Prism credentials.
Nothing i use works
I have no idea what are the correct credentials.
I have un installed and re installed and get the same screen
I assume this is SQL Server DB related.
What on earth do i type in here?

Hello David,
The username is: admin
The password is the one you created yourself as a part of the installation and database setup.
Tip: If you do not remember what password you created, then we can remove the database and set you up another one.
You can do this by reviewing the support center: How do I clear my Blue Prism Trial or Learning Edition database?

Hello David,
Thank you for your question.
We've seen a few users have miss-understood the steps to Activate your Trial / Learning Edition license. We're improving this.
What we are typically seeing is user not activating their license on the portal, looking at the codes in your screenshots and your comments, I think you have missed step #3 below.
- After you install your license, you will need to activate it.
- Within the application, you should be given an activation code.
- This code needs copying to the Portal - https://portal.blueprism.com/products/activation
- Once you paste code into the Portal and click Submit License Activation (once), you will be presented with a new key.
- Note: Only click Submit License Activation once, it may not seem like it is doing anything
- Then, copy the new key (the new code on the web page) and paste that into the application to activate your license.
Clarification on the above steps, specifically knowing to copy a code from the application to the Portal website, then back will resolve the issue.
Again, we are working on making this simpler to understand.

OK next question : I started the Developer Certification, and came to the first Self Test.
It is tiny and impossible to read.
Is there any way to zoom it in like you do the slides and videos?

- The Blue Prism University is responsive to the standard Browser Zoom functionality. I just looked using Google Chrome and it is responsive.
- Tips:
- Put your browser in Full Screen mode (F11 on Google Chrome on Windows)
- Close the Table of Contents (Circle in the top right)
- Zoom in

First I would like to thanks you for looking into the questions and replying them.
I have a query related to this topic. I was able to set the and activate developer studio. While trying to log in next time I am getting user ID password not match error.
I am able to log in to academy portal but the password not working on software. I tried with user ID and admin and password which I remember.
Can you please help to guide on how to reset the password if forget.
