Interact License Model

Hi Team,

We are currently doing a POC on Interact, as a part of evaluation we are trying to understand the license model for Interact.
1. Do we need to purchase a separate license for Interact & AML even if we have valid Blue Prism enterprise (7.2) licenses already available. ?

2. If we procure 10 Interact License, then does this mean only 10 concurrent logins into Interact Interface are allowed ?

3.If we procure 10 Interact License, then does this mean only 10 users/logins into Interact Interface are allowed ?

Hi, Sahil,

I think you refer to the old licensing model. Now the licensing works a bit differently. If you purchased license with Production or Business Critical Support Level you are entitled for Interact, Decipher component for free. You just need to ask your Blue Prism partner to get you the licenses.

Concerning to the number of Interact users there are no limits as far as I know.
