Hi,
I am wondering whether I can use various actions of changing values (Edit Submission Field Values) for submission which was created through Raise Submission action or is it locked for modification once I raise it?
At this moment I can't make it work. Although I am getting Transaction ID after Raise Submission, however, when trying to get submission ID via Transaction ID that particular action fails and I am not getting value for _requestID.
Can someone confirm that after Raising Submission I still can change values for the fields? I did not find any restriction documented but it seems that it is not possible.
Thanks.
Regards
Zdenek

Hi Zdeněk
The reason you are not getting the _requestId is normally due to something invalid in your submission. The two main things that cause this issue are:
- Number fields and Radio fields must have a value added upon submission
- Additional columns in your input collection that are not created in your form
You are able to use the returned _requestId to amend subsequent field values and field/page states.
Cheers

Hi,
it is strange - I used direct action from Interact Web API which did not work (even though I sent the JSON correctly formatted). I changed the Raise Submission from Interact Web API to Raise Submission from Utility - Interact API and it worked flawlessly.
Strange.
Anyway, it works nicely now.
