Internal : Current user is not permitted to perform this action

Hi,
While trying to run the ServiceNow Incident Management API::Retrieve Incidents action stage getting the following error. "Internal : Current user is not permitted to perform this action". Could you help me with this.

Make sure you have all the required permission in Blue Prism to run the Web Service, also check if you have access to the Credentials required.

This can also be an issue at the ServiceNow end, so make sure your user has the right access to retrieve incident.
