Issue with blue prism control room

Hi. In my resources tab in-front of resource session log says pending. I cannot run processes from control room now. My license is education. How can I solve this issue? Kindly assist me asap

Hello Fatima, 

Do a manual restart of the virtual machine and then check if any scheduler or jobs is in progress to trigger if it is stop / retire it time being. 
Run login agent to confirm after restart and machine should become in idle state by then.

Check and revert if facing issues
