Issue with reading SAP table control data in QM03 - No data reading

Hi,

We've a requirement to read the data from SAP Table control ( transaction code - QM03 - Tasks) . I've spied the element and tried to use the READ stage to get the table data from table control to collection. But looks there is some issue from blueprism side to get the data. No data is returning back to collection and also the read stage is taking more than 5 minutes to finish that step. We tried blueprism version 6.6 and 6.8 also got the same issue. 

If this is the issue with Blue Prism, how to report to them?
