Item Key Filter much slower in v6,8

Hi,

We have recently upgraded from 6,5 to 6,8 and notice when filtering on a work queue for the Item Key the results returned take up to twice as long as previous.  I will raise a support call with Blue Prism for this case but wanted to share this for members to comment with their experience of the same / similar.  I will post the resolution when fixed.

Thanks a lot for raising this point. Have you checked if the Work Queue related tables needs maintenance from the database point of view? 

If database is in need of maintenance then running housekeeping scripts would definitely improve the performance.

Thank you for the reply. We have been running weekly Database index and statistics refreshes according with the guidelines and have been through the documentation provided by Support to see if there is any gaps in our maintenance. All looks good so the next step is for us to analyze the queries and query plan that are being run to see what indexes they are using. This will happen after our summer break. Peter
