Hi
I am unable to spy some elements in Java Mode . I have enabled the Java Access Bridge and also installed JRE 8 . Only elements i can spy is buttons and all the menu items not getting spied. Can anyone please help me in identifying the issue with Java mode.

How did you enable the bridge? Was it via Blue Prism's JAB installer, or did you use the CLI command for it built into JRE8?

Hi
I have enabled the bridge from Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Ease of Access Center\Use the computer without a display\Enable Java Access Bridge

Depending on the application and how it's coded, there could be elements overlaying the ones you're trying to interact with. There should be a sub-item on the identify button that says 'Open Application Navigator'. Does it show up in there?

Hi,
Yes, the ""Open Application Navigator"" shows up but BP is not able to load the elements, it says ""An error occurred retrieving the application model
