Launching Chrome/Edge takes around 20~60 seconds in offline environment(no internet)

Hello Community,

I have faced launching Chrome/Edge takes around 20~60 seconds in offline environment(no internet).
After I press "Launch" button in application modeller, the blueprism program hangged and unable to control anything. 
After 20~60 seconds (attached the chrome browser) when I spy elements Browser mode is not working even in the front page (google search page when we launch chrome).
Only win32 and UIA mode are possible.
I think the chrome browser agent installed but not working.

Does anyone have this situation? It would be very appreciated to guide me possible solutions.

I setup environment using usb copied installers like below:
- BluePrism7.1.2_x64.msi
- MSSQL_2019_Express
- chrome_108_64bit.exe (stand alone installation exe)
- Blue Prism 7.1.2 Browser Extension was installed using Load folder button in chrome extension tab in developer mode.

Using BluePrism7.1.2_x64.msi did not install chrome extension even I chosen advanced install and select chrome extention.
Tried installation from the command line using msiexec but it didn't install chrome browser agent.
So I install the Blue Prism 7.1.2 Browser Extension using an offline package(Load folder button in chrome extension tab in developer mode in chrome).

Can you please try to enable the "Allow access to file URLs" and try it again?

If it does not help, please contact the Blue Prism customer support team we need to look at the issue closely.

I enabled the "Allow acess to file Urls", but the same situation.

Sure, I have communicated with the Blue Prism customer support team with a ticket(No. 253238).

Hi doheyong Kim,

Some times I have noticed this issue on  bp 6.10.1 version so we just remove the extension and add the extension back and restart the virtual machine.
