Hello Blue Prism Gurus,
Context:
BP Control Center enrolled and connected with 8 unattended digital workers VM. Scheduled processes are able to run successfully previously with low exception rate.
Problem:
Encountered situation where all unattended digital worker VMs get 'disconnected' from Control Center perhaps >3x a week. Based on our investigation from VMs event logs, all VMs encounter below .NET Runtime error at same timestamp.
Application: Automate.exe
Framework Version: v4.0.XXXXX
Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception.
Exception Info: System.NullReferenceException
at BluePrism.AutomateProcessCore.clsGroupBusinessObject.DoCleanUp()
at BluePrism.AutomateProcessCore.clsGroupBusinessObject.Dispose(Boolean)
at BluePrism.AutomateProcessCore.clsGroupBusinessObject.Finalize()
It seems that the above causes the disconnection to control center. Any idea why this occurs and whether there is a solution for this?

Hi bpautomator L : Try checking the .Net Frame work version in the development environment with Prod Environment - it should be same version as on the Dev and Prod both also I would recommend raising a support ticket to Blueprism - support@blueprism.com or https://support.blueprism.com/en/support/login
