Hi ,
I installed BP Learning edition and activated the license last week . Today i did reinstalled BP and local db.
After that i am trying to activate license but am getting these errors
1 .
Error : Error code 0x802: I'm afraid it is not possible to process this licence activation request. Please contact Customer Services citing the error code for support in completing your activation either by RAISING A SUPPORT TICKET or by emailing SUPPORT@BLUEPRISM.COM directly2. When am trying to login to portal ,
The username HariRam has not been activated or is blocked.
3. Dropped an email but my id is not registered with BP , i dont have access to raise ticket in the customer portal .
