I downloaded the Blue Prism Learning Software. I can't receive the trial license in my email address, how can I access it?

Please try downloading the file again. Occasionally, when the server is busy, the file may not be received. Reattempting the download should result in receiving the license file.

If you request it on the weekend sometimes you have to wait until Monday Euro time for it to be sent to you.

If you have an email that cannot receive their emails, you might need to change your email addy to a gmail temporarily.
