Good Day,
I have forgotten my password and dropped my current DB and created a new one.
Imported the license, now I am struggling to activate it.
Here is the error I receive:

Estimado Luis, hoy tuve un inconveniente con mi laptop y resintale win10, ergo se me borraron la mayoria de los programas. Baje nuevamente BP y al momento de activar la licencia no me deja, ya que esta registrada para mi correo. Puedes darme una mano? Agradezco tu tiempo.
