License error

Hello,

We have only one scheduled process that run every 15 minutes, 24x7. Execution time of the process depends on the amount of data is extracted(occasionally execution time exceeds 15 mins and max till 45 mins).
But sometimes even the resource is available the process does not run at that time we have to manually run the process from control room.
while doing so occasionally we are getting below error.

Note: Recently have not updated any license, current license is updated approx 6 months back and expires after 2 years.
Could you please provide the reason for this error and a possible solution.

This is related to license capacity. May be you need to purchase additional licenses.
 Blue Prism uses session based licensing policy, hence when you have one license, you can create only 1 session. -You can get the number of licenses information from license submenu under system manager tab.

​Thank you, We have a license for 3 sessions, we have scheduled only 1 process in schedular and will run every 15 mins.
And we have only 1 runtime resource,  so I guess we have a compitable license.

Can you verify that you're able to creating 3 pending sessions concurrently? Just drag and drop some processes onto your resources so that it adds up to 3. When you drag and drop the 4th, it should give you an error similar to what you saw before. But this would be a good test to verify that Blue Prism is correctly freeing up the license availability after each session ends. This can sometimes happen if a session is stuck (will show 'Warning' in recent versions of Blue Prism) or if a session is pending from way back and you just don't notice it.
