Locked Interact Form

HI.
I am using v4.3.1.1 and there is a form that is locked by my developer. However he states he is not in it and hasn't been for awhile.
1. Is there a way to unlock it
2. Could it have been locked when he cloned the form?

Hi Rhian

There isn't a manual unlock, unfortunately, although in later versions we have added a timeout so forms won't be locked indefinitely. Also, cloning shouldn't lock the original form permanently.

Has the user logged back in to Interact? When they do so, that should result in the form unlocking.
