Hi
Unable to login Blue Prism V7.1.1
An error is displayed Please ask the system manager to reactivate the account.
I got sql query in the mail from the support team. Need help how to run sql queries. Or any other option for login without data loss.
on my system.

Hello Swapnil,
This happens when a BP user has reached its expiry date.
For e.g. below is a sample of an expired account where you will get the above error when trying to log in.

Ideally, this can be updated by admin users from the system manager of Blue Prism.
Is this a local blue prism instance or client infra?
I guess you have got a password reset script is that so? also does it involve changing salt and hash values?
As far as I know such SQL queries we can run using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio by going to Blue Prism DB.
But if this is prod and client infra I would suggest doing proper planning and taking necessary backups including the IT team and not taking immediate steps.
